Modernist in style, this painting depicts a hot, hazy day in a Spanish mountain village. The thick sun-bleached walls of the Moorish houses contrast with the earthy terracotta tones of the paths and rooftops. Dark, green umbrella pines seek out the sun's rays whilst a lone donkey delicately grazes. A truly stunning and serene painting.
